For beds & seats, tables & desks their internal accessories cost is included in its pricing hence will not be available on purchase. The only accessories included in the mentioned category and price included are wooden legs, castors, leveling feet, tops, and bed slats.
For all storage units and other product categories, the price includes the accessories.
Delivery charges, insurance costs, and any other ancillary costs and charges, where applicable, will be payable by you, the buyer.
Payments
Payments must be made using our designated payment methods.
Promotion, competitions & Challenges
Promotions, challenges, and competitions run by Nacnad and/or other promoters shall only be announced on our official social media channels and website
By participating, you consent to the use of your personal information for winner announcements and prize delivery.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, Nacnad Store reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at our discretion, without notice to entrants
Our decision is final, and winners will be contacted through our official channels.
You grant us a license to use and distribute photos or videos taken during promotions, competitions, and challenges for marketing purposes. Failure to which, we will disqualify the entrant from winning and a new winner will be picked.
Returns and refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we may consider exceptions in cases of defects or significant issues. Please contact our customer support for assistance, we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
